H.E.A.T. Camp
This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. It is designed to allow participants to get into the best shape in their lives without having to be in a traditional gym setting. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination, as well as, modified Yoga and Pilates activities. Participants will go through an acclimation period of low intensity exercises including warm ups, cool down, and stretching activities. Ideal for beginners as well as those who want to step up their workout a notch. This program will be offered all year long, so get your gear and let's go!!
I am a certified Personal Trainer and IFBB Fitness Professional and have over 9 years of creating and offering traditional and alternative fitness programs for many clients seeking to lose weight and/or improve general health. I know the importance of understanding medical history and how to appropriately maximize results. My combined knowledge of fitness, weight training techniques, cardiovascular training, and nutrition allows me to ensure your optimal results and sustained motivation.
Our classes are in centralized parts of Phoenix at specific times on specific days. The training is at a steady intensity and the individual keeps up to his or her best ability. We also have classes, where if you have a min. of six people, that come to your neighborhood. This has been nicknamed the Tupperware party, but for fitness. Couples, friends and family are all good options to start your own group. It allows you to save time on travel (since it is in your neighborhood), allows you to spend time with people you already know (and hopefully like) and the kids can come and play outside rather than being glued to a computer or the TV. The third type of class we offer is the ContestPrep Camp. This is for those looking to take their body to the next level of symmetry and shape. It is designed to target those places bodybuilders, fitness and figure competitors have the hardest time perfecting in a gym. The curriculum is based on the most consistent feedback from the AZ NPC judges and takes plyometrics to the next level. However, the class is not limited to competitors, if you just want to be pushed to the next level, or want to train like you compete, this is the class for you!

Payment,Water, Towel, Comfortable Shoes, Sweatshirt (depending on weather). Please keep in mind this camp is out doors and there will be times when you are on the ground so you may want to wear/bring pants/long sleeves. |
